More raid weapons out there.


How many hours do you think you've played since ROI came out, im curious

 

Exactly. We don't have a problem with dying until the second phase of the final boss. Fuck those SIVA clouds and sniper shanks lol. Who knows what else they will throw at us in that fight also.

 

Eh... the raid weapons will pretty much be the same just higher light level. There is only one more Exotic to get out of the raid and that will be on HM.

I've put 3807 hrs in the game total since it came out. That doesn't count the hours I put in getting the hunter to 26 that I deleted. So close to 4000 hrs total. Since RoI came out I would say that I have probably 150 hrs invested since I took off a week on vacation and have played every single day.

 

Thats my problem. I need to find some sugar mama's basement to live in and just play video games and smoke pot the rest of my days.

The Nemesis Star is very effective against shielded majors. Took down the wizard that spawns near the Plaguelands patrol to test it out withing a few seconds with it. It starts out high rate of fire and slows down to deal more damage. Perfect for melting off a shield and then gobbling up health.

 

GH takes her out with one shot and most of the adds around her

It is a cool gun though. Just not enough for me to take up an exotic slot.

 

I know you guys most likely don't want to do IB but I went from 379 to 386 last night and played 9 games. The rank 1, 3, and 5 packages drop much higher light level equipment then you will ever get by grinding strikes.

 

I'll be the first to admit that I hated supremacy when it first came out. I'm a K/D hoarder lol. But... just like any of the other game modes I learned to adapt and find out what works. We lost 2 games last night as a fireteam. We got steamrolled once because the other team had their shit together and we just couldn't regroup. But that's not a big deal. There is ALWAYS someone out there better than you. I'm good at PvP but I'm not the best. I can hold my own though. Now I love people that rush with a shotgun because I'll burn them down with a sidearm before they can get close unless one comes from behind that I didn't see because I wasn't watching my radar like a dumbass lol. But in 9 games this was by far the easiest / fastest way to level up that I've come across yet. Plus I like supremacy now.

 

IB Supremacy can be fun or infuriating, especially as a random. If you have skilled randoms working together, fun. A bunch of fucktards running amok, it will piss you off in a hurrah!

 

I still dont agree with higher drops cause its few and far between. Its all RNGesus and it doesn't matter where you grind. Unless you can get on some exploit before its patched (like omnigul) youre stuck.

Its not in Bungies interest to allow people to LL fast

 

Bungie hates you. I'm sitting at the edge of 358 and I have been getting 361 items. The only thing holding me back from 360 is 361 legs and ghost.

 

This is true. Im in a rut and its wearing me out of enjoying this game.

 

You may not agree but the truth is the truth. My ghost was sitting at 357 for the longest and was the only thing holding me back. I could not get a ghost to save my life. First game last night I got a 384 ghost drop and the second to last game got a 386 ghost. Take that for what it's worth. You will level up with IB. If you choose not to play that I understand but if you want to level fast it will do it.

 

I hear what you're saying but 7 games say different. I will finish these IB bounties and if i still get nothing, ill go back to strikes, forge and faction shit.

 

As the KD guy you are, even you can understand the frustration of losing a +kd in that game type. I dont like supremecy at all. I like getting credit for my kills and fights that take skill. Running around does not take skill. Every time i met those chargers in open, they got dropped by my scout rifle. The can fly up in the air all they want. Im still going to evade and win most of the time.
Im actually a decent player, but i get too frustrated these days.

These are all my issues and by no means am i discouraging anyone from playing IB.

 

You still get credit for your K/D whether you pick up the crest or not. I'm not so worried about winning the match or not. As long as my K/D doesn't take a dip.

Even though I picked up 34 crests in this game my K/D would have stayed the same if I had not picked up one. You just don't get credit for crest collected.

 

I'm with you on the sidearm. Sidearms were essentially an unused weapon for the longest time which is why I "think" they nerfed shotguns to make them a viable solution. I'll admit... I suck with a shotgun unless it's the Invective. But I don't want to give up an exotic slot for the Invective. So I picked up The Wormwood Sidearm and I melt fuckers with that. It all started with The Trespasser and I saw how OP that weapon was. But that takes up an exotic slot also and I want to use my Outbreak Prime. So The Wormwood is second best though the recoil is a little bit stronger so you have to aim for the nuts and your last shot will be a headshot. Now I'm a shotgunners worst nightmare lol.
