Until yesterday I havent been getting keys and exotics haven't been decrypting higher than the item it was replacing for a week. It was like i was stuck again. Last night had the best grind ive had ever. Dropped 3 keys and 3 exotics that were 1 pt higher.

I got a devils dawn from the priest/ogre chest its a fun PvE sniper with firefly. Damn thing is not stable out the gates though. Ill use it for giggles for awhile.

 

I got one that I use every once in a while. It has accelerated coils and small bore so it has range and charges extremely fast. I really like it at the charge rate is about 1/2 sec.

 

The only issue was Trials this weekend with no radar. Couldn't use it there since the charge would give your position away. It was hard not to use blink as that gave your position away also. But in regular Crucible it is a beast with the range boost.

 

Just cant get into fusion unless its the sleeper. But lets face it, Its a spartan laser


Im trying to get into pistoles, but I just cannot get them down.

 

I'm in the same boat as you with pistols. I will say Thorn is by far the easiest to use. It also has the added benefit of running people off once they see the burn applied (even though it doesn't do much). It still makes them turn the other way and generally not engage.

 

This is what I mean by I don't speak destiny hahahahaha. No idea where to get these keys. Other wise I just do the damn missions and run around and kill shit stuck on a strike that's a bitch to do on my own lvl 42 strike

 

Keys drop in the strikes, more so in the 320s vs the 350s. Complete the new DLC and youll get a huge bump. Do 320 strikes and the usual Vanguard/faction bounties grinding as well. Youll catch up fast.


You will get some quitters on a lot of strikes. Especially Omnigul or Psions.

In other news, I have 3 more crystals to get before tonight so I can get the quest for the dark drinker. So probably another hour on Mars. Definitely my least favorite grind, looking for materials. Atleast the enhanced radar makes it so much easier.

The randoms I tried to strike with yesterday were horrible. I had two sets of people quit on me doing the Bond Brothers strike in Heroic. They kept getting killed.

 

I'll add you when I get a chance, I still need to do the Nightfall, I'm at 382, you being 372 it will be tough, but not impossible. I solo'd Sunless Cell up until the end and needed help but couldn't find help so I quit.

 

Yeah I'm hoping to be closer to 380 this weekend and then would probably be up for giving it a shot

I'll start the new shit tonight haven't even started those been running around doing the stupid little missionsomething that are like level 10 been pissing me off cuz they are pointless but I figure there is a reason they are making me redo them. I'll start the iron shit tonight heard it's actually a bad ass campaign

 

You can skip the 1st part but you still need to get the kills and the special items like the crystals that show up at a rate of 1 per 15 found relic Iron, and not the ones in the chests eaither.
I bought the void one, leveled it and the quest started. I previously completed the Arc one. Im only gunning for the Dark drinker cause the special swing attack does massive damage to Aksis on HM.
