That shit happens a lot, quests come back. Just abandon the old ones.

Seriously, just do the DLC 5 missions. They arent bad. Open up destinysivafragments.com and gather the clusters as you go. They list and video each as you go. Pop 3oCs if youve got any from xur, especially on the final mission. 3 chances at exotics there.

 

Yes, one at a time and equip the better gear between. Dont even bother infusing at this point unless you have a few legendary guns that you love.

Otherwise youll be starving for legendary marks and items.

Nope. You can buy the sword you haven't completed. Once you unlock all of it and infuse it over 280, you can go see shax. He will still give you this quest where you need the void/arc/solar kills. But you do not have to do that other shit like 25 kills in crucible

 

Ok ya that is what Im doing...hunting them stupid ass relics is the most annoying thing ever. Worse then the ToM quest

Yea I don't get shit for legendary marks but finally got myself a 350 scout rifle so was pretty happy now I have none again

 

He only comes Friday- Sat somewhere on the tower or reef. You use strange coins as currency with him.
You can typically get a 350 exotic weapon or armor and wear it or infuse it. He will do 1 class specific item every week.
I always buy 3 of coins. You pop those before boss fights like shield bros. They dont work on omnigul or psions. The main purpose is to give you a chance at an exotic. Id say 1 out of 10 on avg. But sometimes the stars align and you get more.

 

Doing the daily shit like the mission or even crucible will get you 10-15 coins per. Like it was stated earlier, do one event a day, you get 15 that way as well as other goodies.
An app like destiny public events will tell you when and where they are dropping

 

Yea I go see him quite often never has anything worth taking. At least not shit I like. I got like 90 something coins and don't ever spend them

 

Spend all of it on 3oC on Friday. At your level Challenge of elders sigil will be great right now. You can get huge rewards from Variks buy doing the weekly sigil.

We typically get the 30k done, and then just farm the shit out of the challenge until the 90k is done. Basically we pop 3oC and kill the boss immediately. Rinse and repeat.
Good way to farm exotics, one of many I use.


Im in the 390-400 grind. Not much i can do to level anymore.

 

Are you using the enhanced radar artifact? Unless your a hunter. They have that keen scout perk by default. Im really digging that artifact. Its helping me to look more at radar for crucible

 

Those Void ability kills as a Titan were a ball ache. I did all of mine in the Seige of the Warmind mission.

 

Yaaaas! Fuck man. Im using the spike grenade and during certain strikes where there is thrall charging i throw one or 2 in a door.

There is a mission on the moon i believe. One of the first that has like 30 thrall that come through a door. i dont remember the name, but my buddy told me about it today. He is doing the same quest line. Got to get that shit done tonight before arms day

 

The part in Seige of the Warmind when you first go underground but before you go into the main room has waves of thrall that come out.When a wave comes out, wait for them to group up and toss a nade, rinse and repeat. Just don't kill the knight right before the main chamber and you can farm away. I've done countless bounties in that spot.

Also, you can run back down the hallway where you first spawn (after you have the checkpoint) while you wait for your grenade to re-charge and they won't follow you. After the thrall stop spawning, just suicide or go to orbit and go back in.

I use this level as well for framing anything where tons of kills are needed.
