    I thought I was at level 23 with the light armor I've acquired. Am I not?
    I guess I'll just keep going in hopes of getting some better armor drops. I haven't had a damn bit of luck with that so far.

    Sorry, yes you are.

    Once you are able to run vanguard tiger strikes you will earn 6 marks per strike with a max of 100 marks per week per character. It cost 65 marks for the chest, gloves, boots and 125 for the helm. Xur comes on friday with a random exotic armor piece you can buy for strange coins and a unknown engram that you can buy with 23 motes of light. Last week it was a engram for the gauntlets. I would wait now but if you can't then you can hope he brings a helm and it gets decrypted to to your class since a exotic helm is the hardest to get in the game.

    Tiger strikes are lvl 24 but they would be pretty hard at that level. Not impossible but hard.

    You can try them at 24 and it will match you up most likely with players that are around your level. The strike scales to your level along with the level of the others playing with you so a 24 strike for you would be easier than a 24 strike for me playing at level 29 if that makes sense. You will notice if someone drops out of your group the adds get fewer and easier and if someone else joins during the middle of a strike they get harder.


    *Edit* If you were on PS4 I would run you through them.

    So really... other than trying to get marks, motes, and coins there is absolutely no reason to play right now (especially the VOG) unless you're leveling up a new character or in the process of getting yours to 29
