Since I just got D2 this week I dont have the experience you do playing for a little over a month, however, I have noticed that it is not as good as D1 though. Still hoping for the best considering I just got my new headsets. I dont want to have to find a new obsession.

 

By the time you get to level cap and maybe do the raid the expansion should be out. But I'm not holding out a lot of hope considering how the launch went. That said.. I'm a hardcore player so I'm on every day so we'll see.

 

Yeah, I looked on PS4 store and it's 19.99 so I might pick it up. I've never played any of the original games so I might be a bit lost but it's gotten a perfect 10/10 so it must be really good. Picked up the new Shadows of War yesterday since I love Tolkien (even though the storyline is very loosely based would be an understatement) and started playing Titanfall 2 again since the PvP is actually good in that game (and looks better). I've always loved the extreme hectic pace of the PvP in that game but since most of my clan didn't play it for very long I quit playing it for a while. Went back in last night and they've made some changes that I like and some I don't but it's still a lot of fun. Still holding a 6+kd and it came back to me quickly.

 

Pubg will be awhile, i expect delays for sure

 

We will see, they wanted to work out all the issues and right now vault still isnt in the game and aimbots are a really big issue

 

Man... these are great rewards for finishing prestige mode Fucking stupid. No reason to ever do it again. Thanks for the awesome end game rewards Bungie.

If there is a ray of light it is the Live Team is now working on the game from this point out. They are the ones responsible for TTK and Wrath of the Machine raids along with a lot of other changes. TTK was a great raid and long (which is what I want from a raid). The loot system was spot on. And my hope is for more weapons with NO MORE FUCKING STATIC ROLLS. But for now... I've done every single thing in the game. There is absolutely nothing I can do, get, or work towards.

 

Work towards a better K/D in crucible, and achieving the only thing that really matters; Shaxx's approval

 

All i have left is the prestige and exotic hunting. My only hope is we arent waiting for 6 months between updates. At least they are listening.



Seeing on streams just how much better PvP is on PC. HCs are a thing again and team shooting isnt as dominant.

 

I refuse to log into a crucible match by myself. It seems no one in D2 knows how to play crucible if you're logging in with 3 randos. During objective based games you'll just watch them scatter in every direction and immediately get team shot. Add to the fact that you can't pick which game mode you would like to play is just fucking stupid. I only like Control and Clash but I'm stuck with Countdown or Survival as my only two options since I won't play in the quickplay matches. Besides... I'm good for a hour or two of crucible and then I'm ready for something else. So no.

I read the TWaB yesterday and since the Live Team is taking over (not sure why they didn't design the game from the start) it looks a little better. But we are a couple of months off from that. I understand that this is a launch but D1 for fucks sake had more to do than D2 and that is fucking stupid. D1 I think we can all agree got off to a really rocky start (for those of us that were there) but I never found a reason to not log in. Even after finishing VoG to get to 30 after everyone else was stuck at 29 I still had weapons to chase after and there were different perks for almost every weapon that dropped.

 

Oh... and everything on that list SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE GAME AT THE START.

Since I've got nothing else in the game to do, here is a bit of info for those of you still trying to level up to 300. This is by far the fastest method to do so. Forget doing strikes (other than the NF), they are absolutely the least efficient way of gaining loot. Public Events are the fastest and most reliable. Titan is the easiest planet to use this method but any planet that has a public event that is about to start and is close to a landing site will do.

Make sure you have a medallion running at all times.

1: If you land at a landing site and no one is there open the director and keep landing there until you see at least two other players since you want to maximize your chances of a heroic event.

2: Once you have landed and have the players make sure to start the heroic event

3: As soon as the event completes immediately leave after picking up the loot and land right back in the same site. This method works 75% of the time. It relies on the second instance not being completed by the time you complete yours. But they are staggered slightly so it maximizes your chance at double loot.
