that's why everyone should use destinytracker.com. you can see exactly what weekly and raid content you have done on each character.

i can always use more xp and exotic chances on VoG though.

I have a hard time using the Destiny app, I mean it works but I don't see where i've done weeklies and such. I like the destinytracker now that I know about it. Now that plus the destiny chrome extension i'm set.

Go into the app. Pull up which character you want and pull up "advisers". It will tell you everything you need to know. I use it all the time to figure out which character I've run the raids on and which mode.

Yeah I do that, works great to see the raid part, but it never shows a difference for the weeklies.

Well... got two keys so far by farming chests on Venus. They are close enough to farm twice if you're fast enough. Got 1:20 secs to find, loot, hop on the speeder and go out of the area and come back and loot again before the chest de-spawns.

They spawn in random spots though correct? Find the ember caves one no problem twice. Could not find the one at the citadel for the life of me though.

They spawn in 3 different places in each spot. If you can't find one just watch everyone else. Someone will most likely find it. I try to loot them 3 times before they despawn. Its especially easy if they spawn on the ground.

Check my build thread...too much to list.
The amount of spawn points for each area differs. After watching multiple YouTube videos and playing I've seen as many as 5 spawn areas. Ember caves I think is the easiest to loot the chest more than once.

Ember caves has 4 and the citadel has 4 after farming it over and over. You're right about the ember caves having the easier chests to loot. I can get three out of most of them there. The citadel I can only get three out of one. In either place I have never gotten less than two though. The VoG & Crota speeder help with that.

I'm up too 7 keys and 5 legendary weapons / armor

For sure the Ember Caves, i've got 4 keys and 2 armors. I usually get three grabs as long as I don't hit something while driving ha, but it's always close for the 3rd.

No doubt... I can't get the one that spawns on the catwalk where the Capt. comes out 3 times. The others are pretty easy (especially the one that spawns by the rock).
