Does anyone have any experience with these? It's a motorcycle trailer with an RTT style enclosure. One popped up locally FS but I can't find info on pricing or anything.

It's about 2 hour drive so before I make the trip I wanted to check if anyone has any experience with it. End goal would be to lift the trailer a bit to be able to tow it on the beach behind the Taco.

    TIA

I had a similar one 16 years ago when my boy was first born. Nifty setup with a rack on top that I drug all over the mountains behind my jeep. That just made it easier to camp with a baby, and still get off the beaten path. I did beef up the frame and suspension for bigger tires.

Nice! I don't think this has a rack and it's definitely not Off Road worthy. The guy even had AC installed in this thing. He said it was close to 7k brand new 10 years ago. He's asking 3k.

3k is probably more than I'd be willing to pay for it but I'm sure they are nicer than the 20 yr old one I had. I now use a smaller pop up with a spring over, electric brakes and larger tires. I can't get to the places I did with my jeep setup, but I can pretty much get away from everyone else.

Yeah, that's what I keep telling myself. It's 12-13 years old. He said it needs to be cleaned and there is one small rip in the screen that he repaired with silicon or something. I think he paid good money to put aftermarket brakes on it since he towed it with a motorcycle and that part of his price. I don't need brakes for this little thing.

Wow... I think the brakes he said we're about 2k and the AC is brand new (the old one went up).

But if I can buy a brand new for 800 bucks more... That's a no brainier. Hopefully he entertains offers.

Oh, and he has the extra screen enclosure that attaches so you do get 10 more feet of living space. Not that that adds a few grand to the price.

A buddies parents have one or similar at least. Towed it across country behind their Harley. Was approx $5000 CDN new. The weight is the reason for going this route vs other options. If you have tow capacity there are cheaper alternatives.
