I am assuming you are coming up 62 to Old Woman Spring Road, to Camp rock road to 18? I live in Yucca and it takes me about 50mins to get to the trail head.. It takes me about 40-50 mins to get to Palm Springs.. So an hour and 40 mins maybe..

That is to the trial head everything else is close to Yucca Valley. When we come back down the trial we will be back in Yucca.. Giant Rock is in Landers, 10 mins up Old Woman Spring Road from Yucca..

Not this time Nick, I'm just following the threads in your guys area (OC, Inland Empire, Riverside, San Bernardino, etc; ) I'm getting a little burnt out on the San Diego trails, I mean we have some great offroading down here , but I want to check out Johnson Valley, Cleghorn, Stoddard Valley & so on, so one of these days I'll hit a trail up with you guys so I can see some new scenery, etc;.....:D

There's some more challenging Trails throughout big bear too. We should plan a big weekend in big bear. "kinda like what Ttora did with the takeover". There are tons of trails from mild to wild. Burns canyon is a mild one. It'd be cool to turn this trip into a camping trip. Camp at bigrock or Johnson valley ( if allowed ) and do more trails in bugbear the next day.

Maybe soon we can organize a Friday sat sun trip. Meet up Friday night in big bear camp and do a big run ( from cleghorn all the way to Johnson valley ohv. Camp. Then play around Johnson valley for a day.

That would be cool just this coming weekend I have to chill kinda close to home cuz the dog.. But any weekend my mom will me home I can do what ever.. I think you can camp in Johnson Valley I will check on if you can came at Giant Rock.. But it would be more fun to camp by the water crossing on 2N01..

P.S. Who will be towing the port-a-john?

There is not! But it is a pull out on the right side of the road and you will see our trucks there.. It is a straight away after you start going down a really windy road. the pull out is about the middle of the straight away as I remember it.

    Yoytoda, I am remember right?

Cucamongatacoma, you have a GPS right?
