I have Old Man EMU front shocks, with spring. The lower bushing is worn out. The shock is in great shape. It was a 2-inch lift. NEED BUSHING!!!!!!!!

By lower bushing- do you mean where the coilover is attached to the lower control arm? If so- I can almost guarantee that if that bushing is toast, so is the shock. Non-rebuildable shocks have a 50k life span.

The shock is great. The coil spring in on the shock. The bushing is worn out.

    Contact OME.

For Bilstein they make a replacement. I've replaced a few sets. Need a shop press to replace the lower shock bushing.

Again, if the bushing is shot, the shock is probably toast too- they have a 50k life span. How many miles are on yours?

Maybe 40, I have been a mech for 40 years. Know when a shock is bad. Thanks.

You've been a mechanic for 40 years and you don't know how to source a bushing for a shock?

50k would be high- even at 40k with a bad bushing, just change out the shocks. Why bother taking it all apart in another 10k to change the shocks out. Bushings don't go bad in 40k unless they've been beat on.

There are not easy to find, plus not two many companies have them in stock.

New shocks come with them already installed. Just saying.

Your better off contacting OME like Superdave said and asking them for replacement parts. ToyTec sells bushing but you have to know the diameter eyelet.
