Finally got around to making another RTMR with my leftover parts from building mine. This has everything to get it up into the overhead console. I left the ends a little long so you can attach to your switches however you want. Comes with 5 relays and 5 20a fuses as well as an add-a-fuse. All the main wires are 18g GXL wire and the jumpers and accessory pig-tails are 10g GXL.

wonder if could run just another complete battery cable to the front, to hook that too, and use it for the winch?

There's nothing wrong with running power to the front, just make sure you use large enough battery cables.

The bussman cannot support a winch's AMP requirements. These boxes are only rated at 80amp maximum and most winches need somewhere around 250amp.

I'd size the cables to just over what the winch needs, but yea should be fine.

Just get the proper size cable from the battery. You'll need a breaker or fuse however you decide to do it. I use an ANL style fuse. A lot of folks use the bluesea breaker (or similar)

Edit: And a ground bar of some sort. I used one like this.

You can reset the breaker. I had the ANL fuse in my tool box so I used it. If/when it goes, I'll probably switch to a breaker
