    I found the template but am missing two cut outs I made for it. I can send you a picture of the template without the cutout's and I'll go off of your specs to clear any other parts...

    I have the small plate and large plates with kick-out in stock now. I will have a large mounting plate with kick-out for the trucks with ATRAC next week. (Auto Trans only)
