My 1999 TRD 4x4 has drivers side express windows, where you click the button and let go and the window rolls itself down. It has a new problem where if you do this, you cannot roll the window back up for a good 3-4 minutes. It's like a breaker switch got tripped or something, and resets itself after it cools off. After that wait time, the window works normally, as long as you don't use the express feature again. Does anyone know which part is bad and how to get to it to replace it?

It could be either the window motor overheating or an issue with the switch itself. I would lean toward the window motor though. You can remove the door panel, use the auto down function, and then feel the motor to see how hot it is.
