    2015 4x4 w/3” spacers & bald 285

Currently: bad shocks & torn CV boot. Also smashed lower control arm mount due to big ass boulder ‍♂️

Planning on doing it “proper” but I need help.

3” suspension? Would a extended axle fix my CVs from tearing so often?

    Or

6” lift kit? would it give me better angles to lessen the tearing?

    Goals:
    -Lessen the tearing.
    -Get a decent suspension.
-Use a cheaper sized tire like a 33”… but 35s & 40s are nice too

-Then maybe bend back that mount too

    Your thoughts?
Also any shop suggestions? Located on Oahu.

I would suggest a set of quality coil overs and new leafs/shocks that give you 2” of lift. Skinny 33’s fit great. New aftermarket UCA and new OEM LCA. You’ll get some ground clearance, a smooth ride and the CV should last as long as they would stock.

Also 35” and up tires mean major work unless you cut up your frame to put in a drop bracket lift and stack a body lift on top of that. Not worth it to me but many choose that route.
