    That's what I was thinking, looked like the security thingy the local Honda dealer installed in all the cars they sell. Couldn't get them to remove it from my CRV when I bought it, said it was a mandatory add on

    Seems like on google it's usually a dealer add-on money grab. Maybe you paid for it and never realized it.

    It's part of the shitty dealer installed security system. They probably drilled into your plastic for that, it's how they looked it in my Camry.
