Did this start after one of the wiring mods you stated earlier or has it been awhile since you completed those?

As many as I can fabricate
This clusterphuck sounds like low voltage. Any vehicle will not display so many different problems in so many different places. Apart from driving into, and out of a river with water up to the headliner, I'd look at the battery first, then the alternator, then the fire pit.

I would’ve led with this.I’ll echo it sounds like something is grounded that shouldn’t be. If you undo this, does everything work again?

By any chance did you run any wires through the wire bundle engine firewall?

Just out of curiosity ... And I know I'm comparing apples to oranges, but because I've had this sort of problem with some Dodge Caravans I've owned .. but do the Tacos have a separate computer (Under the hood) for the ignition and F.I. and all the stuff that controls 'basic' functions, so you can at least 'go' ... And a separate computer buried up inside the dash (Mopar calls it a Body Control Module) that controls all the stuff like door locks, wipers, interior lights, digital stuff on the dash, etc etc?
    Just wondering...

So they do have a secondary under the dash fuse box as well as the engine bay box ima go in and look at all the wires and test the batter right now

It’s under the cover of the fuse box in the engine compartment, behind the battery.

I just undid everything issues still there so at this point it’s probably a fuse. Just the last thing I wanna do is take it to the dealership and them replace a fuse or relay and charge me a shit ton for it ya know

Glad to hear it man. Amazing how one fuse can cause so many headaches.
