I will be updating orders from today soon and responding to messages. The PNP Harnesses are what I am waiting for as well as some more actuators. The Harnesses I’m thinking I will hear something next week and should receive them hopefully by the end of the week. Then most likely all next weekend I will be putting everything together and shipping out on Monday, March 11th if everything goes as planned

For those looking for some pics of the tailgate. I was going through my build thread since I don’t have my truck and I found some that I can post in the mean time while we wait for my installation guide to be made.

 

I also wanted to mention that if anyone is interested in the FULL KIT but they already have the Pop & Lock / Actuator, I can offer the PNP Harness and the Wire Harness w/ Loom. Just PM me

 

I haven’t opened the box yet but doesn’t it include the harness?

 

I have no idea what it includes. I’d hope for the price that it would include most of what you need. I’ve just had a couple people ask if I’d offer the Full Kit minus the actuator so I just wanted to put it out there for those that may not have it.

 

My thoughts exactly. Ill have to take a look tomorrow unless someone else speaks up. I wonder if they felt they would get their own actuators rather than having the pop n lock kit

 

it has the harness.....just send the whole thing back and get the actuator, PnP and harness from Katie......better actuator

i believe i have seen the one Katie will provide, based on the picture, some place else on here and the have seen an install video as well and it looked like the same.....that made me feel comfortable with Katie's...... ask Katie who the mfg is and research it and compare it to the one you have.......there have been good reviews on the POP n Lock and not so good reviews......some reports it is really noisy.....when i get Katie's kit, i will add some thick rubber or other insulation material to deaden the noise effect between the actuator and the tail gate.....but since you are past the point of no return, you may want to do the same.....just add some insulation material and you probably be ok from the noise........i know this is not a technical explanation you might be looking for, but it is just my opinion from what I have seen.....
