Same here, also e-mailed her but I know better, crickets... On another note did you notice that when you dim your dash lights the bowl lights also dim, unexpected.

It's only true if you actually believe things will change. In this case, it's just about adding to the mountain of evidence of poor (non-existent) customer support.

    Got the HUD TPMS working.
Go to parameter #8 and change the value to #1 and you should see 4 solid red tire icons. This is the learning mode. Press the OK for 3 seconds and then go drive, as you drive one tire icon should disappear at a time, as they are being learned. After all 4 icons are gone. You can go back to parameter #8 and it will go back to ZERO (Normal Mode). I had to drive about 2-3 miles for the last icon to disappear.

This will never come from KTJO4x4 and some may think I’m wrong for posting this but I felt it needed to be put out there:
      • Since August 2021 claims she has been hacked and had computers, phone and accounts compromised.
      • Has not confirmed with webhost if there was any breach of data with customer information.
      • Up until recently, was using an app (widely known for its security vulnerabilities and weaknesses) to talk to vendor in China

Sadly, things will not be improving. There are three terms that do not exist: customer service, quality control, accountability. With the exception of one recent investor the business was primarily built off people in this forum. I have seen the reports showing where the site traffic comes from for the online store.

Customers investing in the business with pre-orders to give the money to pay for the product to be made. Then patiently waiting 1-2 years for the product. Then what do they get in return? The grab handle fiasco and HUD issues. They should be upset and frustrated!

Customer support exists in this community and everyone helping each other. Actually I think this thread has become more of a support group (which is needed) than awareness thread.

Just drawing a narrative here, but I’m reading over Ms. Katie’s paperwork.

When she filed in 2019 it appears as if she only filed a request for a business name. Not an LLC. Here’s her original application which was closed in September of 2021 — you can see the status is inactive and the business code is ABN (assumed business name):
    http://egov.sos.state.or.us/br/pkg_...?p_be_rsn=2089206&p_srce=BR_INQ&p_print=FALSE
    A4BC6B5F-1855-462D-A534-DBAAE7F3E11F.jpg

In September of 2021 she re-filed under KTJO 4x4 LLC and, as of then, is registered as a formal domestic LLC — see the new designation under her new business profile reads DLLC and is active. Also see she now has Articles of Organization filed with the state instead of a simple request for a name:
    http://egov.sos.state.or.us/br/pkg_...?p_be_rsn=2242051&p_srce=BR_INQ&p_print=FALSE
    EA2611F6-A322-49C3-B0B3-ECB01E28B6E4.jpg

My narrative is that she consulted an attorney, or was nervous and realized that if she wasn’t an LLC… she might be personally liable for all of the shit shows that we hear about? In other words, in the case of a class action over defective grab handles, a truck fire, etc. prior to Sept 2021 (or products sold before then — I don’t think LLCs are retroactive very far), you could seek personal assets for damages like a personal house or a personal truck. I’m sure one of you can do more digging. Doesn’t seem like she had a whole bunch of guidance when setting up her business, let alone while running it. Interesting.

the LLC was done by the recommendation of the investors accountant for tax purposes. They are unaware of any of the issues or current state of affairs. Zero accountability.
