    There is a lot to be learned how to run a business no matter how big or small it is.
    I'd say if only 2 to 3 handfuls of pre-orders haven't paid shipping, she should just deal with each one of them "personally". Some people are understanding some will stand their ground, etc. .

    How would you deal with this problem? yeah, I have a feeling most would say they'd never get themselves into a predicament as this to start with, LOL

    How much does it cost to get these made in China? $50? $70? Each. Maybe less, because I doubt it costs more. She sells them for $170, remembering, $170 is OEM pricing since she based the price on an OEM Tundra handle. banking $100 profit each times 1000, thats like $100k. Give or take a few $k. All crowdfunded by us and thats the appreciation we get.....

    Yep... hence I deleted my comment. Color me shocked, because I've only seen him do one pre-sale... back when he was retrofitting the mirror turn signals by hand. That ended when he finally started manufacturing replacement units.

    Theres a difference between a "pre-order" for a product that has already been made, tested, perfected, then sold. He's already made a lot of those lights. He just only makes them in batches. So he gets a few that wants them then makes them.

    Way different than crowd funding the entire R&D process, etc.

    And meso knows how to communicate.
