    My opinion of them is that they're reputable. That being said, the best thing you can do is use a payment method that has your back, God forbid it happen again. Pelfrey was TW's golden child before all that went down with them; it can happen anywhere, is the way I see it. As far as victory goes, I like that they give really thorough install instructions with Youtube videos for alot of their stuff, and their customer service in other threads seems pretty good. Only my opinion though. I had planned to buy a roof rack from them, but only went another direction bc I found something used locally from another brand.

    If they're good enough for you chaps, they're good enough for me. Thank you. And yes, I learned the hard way about the importance of payment method with big purchases when I got into woodworking *palm to face*

    I don't think they're listed on the TW vendor list anymore but that being said I have a ton of their racks and whatnot on various vehicles and I've always had a good experience with customer service, product quality, and lead times that aren't ridiculous. Of course they're longer now but everyone's are...

    That being said.... RCI are having a sale right now :D

    I've had no issues with Victory. I've got their roof rack and some of the attachments for it.

    With that being said I never had an issue with SOS (sliders, bumper, skid) either but look where we are so that's that.

    I think I'll be pulling the trigger on the victory bumper. If they go down after that, I'm going to blame you for jinxing it.

    I think with any fabricator you are assuming some risk, that was one of the reasons I went with an ARB front bumper, no lead time and had it in a few days instead of waiting for months.

    It's risky in any business situation isn't it ? Remember the Enron scandal , now that was serious $$ debacle for all participants .

    :rofl::rofl::rofl::thumbsup:

    This dude was one of several that had issues about 2 yrs ago and was the reason SOS lost vendor status fellas. His complaints are buried in the abyss now never to be seen again.

    Victory I'd owned by the same guy that owns JCR offroad a very reputable jeep company. They've been in business for quite some time. I'd say it's a pretty safe bet going with them

    Beat me to it. Pretty decent size company, they're a safe bet.

    Their new design for the sliders was poor. The upside down channel that connects the actual sliders to the frame mount collects water , mud, ice, ect even with a drain hole. It's going to rust out in no time. I'll be taking mine off and just welding some standard pipe in place.

    I'm good bro, hope you've been well. Hate the fact everything went down for you the way it did. But the final results are kinda like karma finally getting your revenge so to speak.
