This is VERY true, it is an honest review. Fanboys that prob do not have a single item from Eric on their truck like to chime in. I had problems with my order and so did others. I chose not to make a thread about it and it got resolved finally 3 months after I was told I would get my parts. So is this a bullshit thread or more of a constructive thread for Eric to figure out how to better serve the customer?

you're not the first, i hope it works out for you. It seems since RF has gotten more popular, and i assume more busy the QC and Customer Service has suffered. There has been quite a few threads i've read lately regarding customer service or lack there of, especially when it comes to cusotm orders. I hope it works out for you. Eric sure does make a bad ass looking product, the best looking in my opinion

and with that business plan I'm sure your making millions working for yourself right?

    Free sliders...what a joke.

When a company ships out the wrong item it is THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to get it back. Send out a call tag for christs sake. Eat the loss, send out the sliders as they were ordered months ago, and move on.

If the company refuses to ship out the new product without having the old one they shipped in error back and you paid for it, some laws may have been broken. Typically a seller should not charge you 100% for a product until it is shipped. Since the item was incorrect it's a grey area I'm not familiar with.

The fan boys who are clueless how business works or how Eric works should keep their traps shut. The OP is totally in the right and regardless of how many threads he starts could take this much further if he wished to.

Just gonna requote this since some of you seemed to have missed it. Not taking sides but the vendor appears to have stepped up and taken care of this case.

It would be a mob if it were AP.

I'm tired of seeing these threads myself. I know a few local people I recommended who have kept their mouths shut regarding the vendor who is the focus of this thread. IMO they should of started threads but chose not to. I can only imagine how many other happy customers are out there that don't speak up.

The moral of the story is you only see a very small portion of the mistakes that make it to the public.

Anyone who has placed an order with Eric knows what they had to deal with. When I see people posting in here bashing the OP that I know had issues with him themselves I want to smack them upside the head.

f'n sunshine tax, its awesome to live here, but man does it cost you heh,

and sadly vendors tend to help out less with hawai`i customers when the vendor is at fault. (just speaking about hawai`i and vendors in general, even beyond truck parts, everything shipped here heh heh)

I am waiting to pick up my relentless sliders now, so I cant pass any judgement until I have the product and everything

At least allpro has negotiated with their shipper to get the best price possible to Hawaii. Just ask pineapple boy konaborne.

^ Its not fair to blame the OP/Buyer in this situation. He was willing to pay for shipping and wait time as most Hawaii residence do.

However RELENTLESS made a mistake and as a business. You make it right to protect your name and integrity. That means even if you don't make money off this deal. You take the hit to make things right.

Its not the OP's responsibility to have to come out of pocket to ship it back nor have to sell it locally for RELENTLESS. Customer service is key and like most businesses. You have to work hard to maintain and keep that name positive.

RELENTLESS, make this right. This man serves our country and fights for our freedom.

I have no issue with the existence of this thread, it benefits people making a decision on what vendor to choose.

But posts like the one above effectively yelling at the vendor to make it right when he already has is ridiculous and not helping.

LOL. I type very fast and doesn't take long at all. I just type on responses without care of punctuation. So don't be sorry. Its the same as you wasting your time responding.

I'm glad it got resolved and both parties are happy. Since I'm just a TW member who has no part in this. I only go with the last impression of RELENTLESS. He made a mistake, he resolved it. Thats what business is about. I walk away without a bad impression.

How many customers complain if a deal goes sour? Statistics show its astronomical in comparison to a customer praising.
