If I complained about each time a vendor made me unhappy with something for my truck, I would be banned by now

I didnt read all the replies but fuck that everybody says how does he know you wont screw him on the money but who says he won't screw you. Id set it up you go to fastenal the get him on the phone with his payment details. And pay him pay return shipping you shouldnt have to pocket it? Or id would despute it with who ever you payed with and order from somebody else. I'm sure this thread is a shitstorm cause everybody love Relentless and know a busy vendor should never screw up you stepped up to be a PRO ether Hire people or take the amount of orders you can handle or lock the fucking doors. No excuses BTW unsubcribe LOL

He should have told you upfront that he was not going to send the correct parts until you sold the sliders.

Bone headed move offering to sell a niche item in a limited market. Shoulda sent them back. I know it's resolved, but you don't have to be a fanboy of anything but common sense to see that train coming.

I didn't read thru all this , I'm not a vendor, nor do I have a huge back log of orders but I DO ship a few spring kits & have had 1 or 2 shipping derps on my end, therefore my responsibility, actually its my responsibility until product is in customers hands, that said I wasted no time letting customer know there was a problem & stayed in constant contact with customer until resolved, bottomline is I stayed on it & they (customers) didn't have to track me down & no way in hell would it be customers job to sell a botched order for me regardless if they offered it up..

Someone mentioned that the customer should be grateful for making the order they had paid for "right" Are you fucking serious ??!! ...
