you can always walk on the lot and say you want what you want and get me that truck, this is my offer. Near the end of the deal they may just throw you one with the premium package for the price of a non-premium just to get it off the lot for the '19s.

TSS is another story, you can't get a 18+ without it installed. That being said, it's VERY VERY easy to turn it off forever...idk why people make such a big deal about it.

Right? It's literally a physical button on your dash. Not an LCD menus option you need to search for, but a button literally in front of your face.

I think Toyota is planing ahead, if is not already it will pretty soon mandatory for everyone, Toyota will not put that on the cars as a standard feature if they don't have to.
Funny thing is that blind spot still is an option.

adding to this - it's not only toyota. Ford has their version, volvo has theirs, Honda Sense, Chevy Drive Confidence, Benz, BMW Active Protection, Tesla, Audi, the list goes on. I can guarantee in the next few years it'll be an industry-standard.

At this moment in the New York region there is a OR quicksand auto DCSB available that only has added the port options mudguards and floor liner/door sill protectors. Those port options total $377 MSRP.
To get a vehicle you want without any factory or port options, you likely will need to do an order/reallocation thing. And plan on waiting. But if that is what you want, then wait.
You need to go to the official Toyota site and check the inventory. It does change as vehicles get sent to dealers.
