Why not Mark Miller? They are the best to work with IMO. DO NOT go to LHM, unless you want to pay a premium and made to feel like a second class citizen.

I called Karl Malone this past weekend and they refused to move off MSRP. They didn't really seem interested even though I was clear that I was going to purchase for the right price.

Brent Brown down here in Utah County Seems to sell the heck out of Tacoma's. We keep wanting to do instructional Video's but they can't keep the Tacoma on the lot. We haven't bought from them but we have never heard anything negative. The only thing I have heard is they don't offer as much for your Trade-In. But they make deals on the New Vehicle so it all levels out in a way. You have to make a living some how right? They usually throw in some accessories to justify the dock fee and such. They will also honor factory warranty even if you lift your Vehicle. They put our Leveling kit on Pre-Sold Vehicles all the time.

Sorry don't know any salesmen, we just work with there Parts and Service. I can tell you that the service department is one of the best.

I dealt with Karl Malone and Mark Miller. Went between them both several of times because they kept wanting to price match. ended up getting 1100 under MSRP at Mark Miller which isn't even close to 400 over invoice.

They said that Karl Malone wasn't part of the Costco discount. Not calling you a liar but could you post your paperwork. Just want to see how different our offers were after all fees.

Here is the authorization email I was sent from Costco telling me to go to Karl Malone Toyota and telling me which sales man to use.

And the other pic is of the Costco rep who manages the Karl Makone Toyota relationship. He can assist you as well.
Hopefully if you buy from them you use my name. It will get me a referral fee.

    my name is Greg Palmer
    i got $400 over invoice.
Costco also gets you special pricing on extended warranty as well.
when it was all said and done i saved about $3,000. i was ecstatic about it as when i ordered they would not move off msrp. Costco saved me big time.
Costco Auto program made it so i didnt have to negotiate.

I went to Mark Miller first. I've purchased multiple vehicles there previously. Their highest rated "online sales legend" proceeded in a ridiculous attempt to humiliate me and make me feel ashamed for wanting a Tacoma under MSRP. Instead of simply saying he couldn't offer a lower price, he told me to go to Delaware if I wanted a deal and began raising his voice in the store; it was very odd. Simply put, I would not recommend them to any of my friends, and that is also the sentiment of many of my friends who've tried to purchase vehicles there recently.

I had luck with the few other Toyota dealers I went too. Karl Malone told me no on the Costco deal as well, but ended up giving me a price just above invoice, including the recent college grad discount. The sales folks at Brent Brown were a bit high pressure, although polite enough, but I decided not to go back.

How much did Karl Malone take off of MSRP for you if you don't mind me asking?

$600 + $750 college grad. So $1350 off of MSRP on a base SR Utility package with the 5 speed stick.
