It's best if it's matched towards what you need but you can use a higher rated one. I bought the Fastway E2 rated for 1,000 lbs tounge weight and I have a porpoising trailer over large dips/bumps on the interstate. However, I bought this one because we're looking at larger trailers for the future. It'll be fine, just bumpy before it smoothes out.

Our current camper is a 2020 Starcraft 212FB with a tounge weight of 425 lbs but we're looking at heavier campers in the 600-800 lbs tounge weight range and the Fastway E2 I bought says it's best suited for 600-1,000 lbs tounge weights

You don't need a WDH for that trailer. A friction sway control bar would be a necessity though.

    Reese Friction Sway Control (towuniverse.com)

Your tongue weight will be closer to 500 lbs though. I don't know where they got 231 lbs from

Both are Stock - built correct from the start.

The weight distribution bars for example on my E2 provide the “distribution” by flexing after setup. Other type hitches uses chains or cables. If the bars are designed to distribute say 800-1200 tongue weight they will be built thicker than 300-600 lbs bars. So instead of flexing and distributing, they be stiff and could bend or break truck or trailer.
Also get familiar with the trailer towing section in the truck owners manual. You get a lot of crappy info on this forum from folks who have never even looked there.
I have no connection other than receiving great customer service over the years. But contact the expert folks at ETrailer.com with any question.
