Sounds like it's time for him to check out the rear disc brake conversion kit that was linked in a post last night. Then he could adjust the lspv down(bracket or something) and force the rears to do more of the braking. I guess he could also lose the stock lspv and throw in an adjustable wilwood also to get those rears kicking in more than they normally would. And yes, all of my vehicles have a fire extinguisher now. I've never needed it personally but after wheeling with a truck that caught fire years ago I have one in each vehicle.
