    Im looking at a 2005 toyota tacoma sport 4X4 access cab 156k miles
    what would be a good price for it? and how much is to much...

    You'll get a better price range from looking at kbb.com and NADA, which is specific to your area and the mileage and specific options on the truck. Prices vary from different locations.

    All that said, I paid $14,900 for my truck, with 136k miles. I'd think $11-13k would be a fair price for an access cab with that high of miles, if it has been well maintained and is in good condition.
