Buying my first Tacoma

My first post as I am in the process of finding my first tacoma in DC SB Black 4x4, new 2018 or 2017. However, after lots of research I can't figure out a few things. Of course the local salesman have little knowledge specific options available.

I thought the Limited was the truck i wanted even though i dont care for the chrome rear bumper. I like the color keyed front/rear bumper and fender flares to be the same as the body of the truck like the SR5, and not the black plastic look of TRD off road fender flares (no offense OR owners, just my preference). However I definitely want the technology package with sensors, bells and whistles etc. and leather seats which dont appear to be options on the SR5. I believe that puts me into the TRD Sport but I don't care for the hood scoop.

I realize after market leather seats are an option but i dont want a bunch of other after market sensors/nav/etc.

So, what are my options? Can I order color keyed fender flares on the TRD OR, order color keyed rear bumper on the limited in place of chrome. I don't think SR5 is even available for order in black at this time on toyota'so build site.
