My truck should be into the dealer in the next week or two. Just with everything taking longer than normal to ship im trying to plan ahead. Ive done as much research I can before asking for advice. My goals for the truck are to do light offroading and mountain exploring around the northwest.

I just want to level the truck out so want to just do 2 inches in the front. Im set on getting bilstein 5100 but not sure what to do as far as springs. Do I just use the stock oem springs? If so what are the downside to that over getting OME springs to achieve the lift? I only plan on going maybe 1 size over stock size tires so I dont need crazy clearance. Once I ad some weight in the rear I will do an add a leaf to support the weight.

    Thank you
