    I have been using Toyota OEM wiper inserts on all our Toyota's for the past decade or more, they are great, inexpensive, and you only replace the rubber insert, like $10 a side, and they will usually do it for you if you want no charge. Once a year is usually fine, depends on use and environmental issues like anything.
