Looks like @Casper66 got you the answer.

The adapter will likely have to be at the front between the IFS and trans skid instead of at the back. Without going out and measuring, I think the rear crossmember is 3-4" wide, so if you bolt the trans skid to the IFS, the rear mounting flange will be in the middle of the crossmember.

You are correct, i did find a thread with some more info that confirmed what you mentioned here. Looks like that truck is a v6 auto prerunner but im planning to mount it to the crossmember and then go from there to fill in between the trans skid and the ifs. Sounds like the adapter should work pretty good

Little this. Little that 4x4 Swap’d PreRunner
I’m sorry if I missed it. I saw you mention that you extended a mid skid to fit the prerunner crossmember? Do you remember how far you extended it? I saw you mention 1.5 and 2. I’m a prerunner to 4x4 swap and need to find a solution to belly protection. I have an old pelfrey i was handed down that im trying to make work.

Your best is to bolt it to the rear crossmember and measure.

My truck is a manual, 4 cyl, and we extended mine around 1.75 inches. Casper's truck was an auto, 4 cylinder, and he extended his around 2 inches. It looks like your truck is a v6, so I have no idea how much you'd need to stretch it.
