Safelite just replaced my windshield. On the first visit they were unable to calibrate the safety system so I got a "safety system failure see dealership" message on the dash. I drove the truck for 3 days like that before I had my next scheduled appointment.

During those 3 days I would hear constant buzzing and clicking coming from the front dash by the safety system. I thought once they recalibrated the safety system it would go away.

A few days ago they were able to recalibrate the system but now I still hear that buzz / click / intermittent short circuit type sound. It is not as frequent as the 3 days in between visits but it is still occurring.

I am very meticulous about my truck so I know for a fact that the sound was not occurring before the windshield change. It occurs when parked and driving and random times. My previous vehicle was a 2003 Accord and this sound would happen on that as well and it was some sort of electrical short because the interior lights would slightly dim when the sound would occur.

Any way to diagnose this? Has anyone ever had a similar issue? Thanks.
