I know that this type of thing has been covered in other threads, but I do not feel like any of them accurately describe my issue. When coming to a stop or turning sharp (or both, like pulling into a parking spot), I hear what I would describe as a growl or buzzing sound from the front end. I recently replaced the front driver side wheel bearing. I dont think the passenger side is bad yet because I dont hear this sound any other time. Any ideas?
I have a 2005 TRD Offroad with OME 886 front coil springs and Dakar AAL in the rear.

    Thanks in advance.

Springs are fairly new, added within the last year. I'll have to look into the antilock brake module. Thanks.

Tire size is 285/75/16, but I took my mud flaps off long ago.

You're 100 percent sure your tires aren't touching anything?

I run 285 75 16's on factory rims with 1.25 inch spacer and OME 885 coils, I rub on the front portion of the fender and my cab mount.

No I am not positive. I have done some trimming to fit the tires, but it s possible that they still hit when I turn. I will definitely have to look into it. Thanks you, I hope this is it and not something mechanical.

wheel bearings generally dont make noise like that unless the wheel is about to fall off at which point it would be so noticable on the highway it wouldnt be funny.

even the little flaps on the front??

Yah even the front flaps are off. I guess I could be rubbing somewhere else, but I don't know why I would just now be noticing after all these years.

I do have a steel front bumper that may be bringing my tires in contact with something when I'm turning and/or slowing down. But when I got the bumper I also swapped out my OME 885's for 886's to support the extra weight. Any ideas on how to check for a run that only happens when I'm moving? I haven't seen any evidence of it on my tires.

Do you have any worn paint anywhere? It's pretty obvious where my tires are rubbing, but my truck is white so that makes it a little easier. I mainly rub in hard corners and when backing up while turning.

I also had to cut a tiny bit off my fender flare to stop it from rubbing every time I turned the wheel.
