With the engine off, but the key on, is there supposed to be a buzzing sound? Not sure where it is coming from in the engine bay. Before I crawl in there, thought I would ask here first.

Odd, might double check the grounds are nice and clean and corrosion free. There's 3 of them on the 3.4 I think

Being an 04 you have the god forsaken electronic throttle body

I hate it cause ive had both the cable and electronic one the cable one is soo much more fun to drive

The TB has a cable/pulley for the throttle control. Looks like there are a couple of sensors. One is I believe the IAC, but note the engine idles fine and there are no fault codes being generated. The other may be the TPS?

    No sir its electronic

all the cable is for is to link the tps to the pedal, from the tps, it goes to the ecu, from the ecu it goes to the throttle motor

There is no iac the iac is the computer moving the throttle a miniscule amount

Here is the TB. I am pointing at the part that is making the noise. I verified it by pulling the connector, which stopped the noise (and threw a fault code, which I cleared with my OBD2 reader/computer thing). So, I take it that it is my throttle motor making the noise. Now, for the $$$ question - does Toyota sell this? Looks like a new TB is like $500.

Most fly by wire throttle bodies make that sound. TPS style cable driven throttle bodies do not. If you are experiencing that with a cable driven TB, that is typically a sign of impending failure and you should think about replacing it relatively quick like.
