I think he used the PDC method of mathematics. It’s a popular method and we use it quite often on our houses.

    Pretty Damn Close

If anyone gets close enough to your smoker to look at the dial they should be fed to the gravity. Stand back bitches!

Roll the smoker over the body. No one would ever be able to get to it.

my father in law is a German Engineer. "PDC" is never good enough he reworked a brand new idler pulley for my cherokee when he help me change the engine several years back. it was off a bit and it bugged him.. he did not like how it spun, and he thought it could be better if he polished everything u, and repacked the bearings with better grease

My method is a cunt hair wider than PDC. It's CE.. Close Enough. I use it for metal fab, carpentry, shooting at the wife, etc. ;)

Pit doesn't look much different after today, but we worked hard. Got a few more racks built and added sides to the shrouds covering the temp.

7 of the racks in. We have one more slider to add and two more racks to build. Not sure the exact number, but I'm guessing somewhere around 3,000 pork belly burnt ends will fit in this thing. @Misplaced Nebraskan, @Bigdaddy4760, and I are going to test it out one day. :D Obviously they sit too close for big meats, but the point is to be modular and easily configurable for any type of cook. Overkill on this thing throughout.

Here you can see the shrouds a bit. Looks much more complete. Props to Maner for pointing it out.

While we were cutting, grinding, and welding, Maner had his badass smoker going with a 4 bone rack of dino ribs. I added a pork belly rubbed in On Point and rolled up.

    Both turned out great!

Last of the big welds was laid down, so once those few bits for the racks are done, we're full on body prepping.

 Question about the pork belly rolled up... what do you do with it after it's cooked?

I just sliced it and ate with a fork and knife. It was my first time doing it. I think Maner did sandwiches.

It would be really good in a stir fry or with ramen.
