Good deal. You talking about the thermo mount and shroud? I was thinking we put a brace on the exterior skin like we did on the side interior skins.

Maybe two strips with the thermo running between them?

I'm going to go ahead and order a 5" dial for the front. I'll get a matching 3" for the lower door section.

I'm trying to sort out a solution for running the cables from the controller down to the fan through some hidden channel. It'll need to be about 1" in diameter (if round) and needs to be insulated from the heat, too. It'll also have to be easy to run cables in and out of, so it's kind of a tricky proposition.

Mainly the supporting of the hinges and toggle clamps. We going to add internal supports in this areas and also cross brace the door.

I have an ARB 2500 in the garage. We could make work on the trailer. The fabricated uprights could be stored on the sides of the trailer with some custom brackets.

Need to make a set of uprights for the trailer side since there wouldn't be a roof to mount to.

I like that canopy. What is the width?

Already got the uprights figured out. Will work on the upright storage supports for the trailer. It is 8' wide
