Holy Chit! When I first started reading I thought it was going to be another fool coming on TW and saying he drove drunk then expecting not to get barrated by everybody else on the site.

GOOD FOR YOU being the DD. There aren't enough out there that do it.

Thank God you're OK, too. I assume you're going to run out and get another Tacoma?!?!?

I have a Garmin GPS w/ Bluetooth so I never have to look at my phone while driving. It's probably saved my life a few times w/o me even knowing. Totally worth a few hundred dollars (or less, these days) if you want to talk on the phone and drive the car.

Losing a truck better than a life any day, even a TACOMA! You definately changed my outlook on cell phone while driving. I text message a lot when I drive which is wayyyyyy worse than talking. Glad you are ok bro.

I meant to say "worse than driving and reading the paper"... not just "reading the paper." I'm saying that I'm glad you're not driving and texting on the same roads that I use every day.

yea your right, but they are both unsafe. after seeing the reality of what it can cause I wont be doing it anymore. As far as Miami goes, maybe if everyone text and drove it would be safer to drive here lol. Miami definately the worse place to drive!! Im sure there is worse, but miami is close.

I'm actually used to being the DD. I'm a member of a 100% student-run "safe ride" program at my college called CARPOOL. Basically, if you go out and get drunk, you call us and we take you home...... for free. It's probably the most rewarding thing that I've ever been a part of. Here's a link to a special ABC did about it:
I actually got a new one this past sat. I wanted another Texas Edition, but I only had 2 days to find a truck before I had to be back at school for work. I do absolutely love the color though!

Holy Crap, that looks like one messed up truck....very glad to hear you are okay. Why wouldn't the people tell you where your truck was. At least they should let you keep your rims and radio. Good luck with that.

Wow. Glad to hear you came out ok. Those were nice rims. No doubt that those bastards are going to strip the truck for everything that they can sell or keep for themselves.
This is the main reason why I shut my cell off. If anybody wants to get a hold of me, they can leave a message unless I'm expecting an important call. Even then, I pull to the side before answering it.
