Bypass dimming temp. compass, clock

    Is there any way to bypass the temp, compass , clock dimming feature when the headlights lights are left on for daytime driving .

    tint, topper, receiver hitch, trailer wiring, topper lighting, cruise control, intermittent wipers, backup camera, auto-dim mirror
    For a 2010 (yours may or may not be the same):

    For the clock, it's the green wire on pin 11 (center bottom) of the plug.

    For the temp/compass, it's the green wire on pin 4 (top, next to the end) of the plug.

    "Top" is the side of the plug with the latch on it.

    Those green wires have 12 Volts on them when the headlights are on. You may be able to just cut them to get full brightness, or you may have to cut them AND ground the clock and the temp/compass green wires to get them to be bright.
