Below guys, im wanting to build a rear 3 link on a gen 1. I will not be jumping or hitting whoops at 50 mph. Im planning on king coil overs, however, not sure if I will also need bypass shocks? Mostly slow to medium speeds on rough roads, i will turn up the spee a bit when the terrain allows, getting from camp to a Hunter drop off point.early mornings and late nights, can’t poke around to much.also not looking to break the truck. Just a smooth riding hunting truck. Bypass shocks or not? Tanks, Steven

Doesn't sound like you will need them. You can always add later though. 2.5" shock should be fine. 3.0" would really do it. Don't forget a decent bump stop.
