2005 Tacoma TRD

Hello everyone from the Colorado Springs Colorado! I I am new here, got my first codes on my truck which I have owned since 2009. Been very happy with it.
TheMartini codes I received are P0304, which is a misfire on cylinder 4. TheMartini other ones I got were C1201 and P0776. Can anyone help me here? I will replace my plugs, which should help to clear P0304, will C1201 go away when I clear this?
