Ours is lighter, one piece, several light options, made from 3/16 steel not 1/8, will include a winch controller relocation with a mishimoto PS cooler that’s hard mounted and better weld quality.Yet it’s a “copy” glad you admit it’s polished though ;)

Are you sure this is the one you have? On axia alloys website it says the hole used for mounting is a 1/4” on the one with the link you provided. The Baja designs squadron uses 3/8”inch hardware for mounting. I believe the “small light mount for 4” and smaller” is the better option, the 4” mount uses a .400” (or 10mm) which better fits the 9.525mm or 3/8” bolt from baja.

check this link to confirm please https://axiaalloys.com/product/small-light-mount-for-4-and-smaller/

I was just pointing out the style of clamp. But yeah whatever is the correct hole size then that’s the right variation of the clamp.

Good looks yeah just didn’t want anyone to run into troubles if they were to have bought the ones you linked they simply wouldn’t work for the intended purpose.

Mind deleting the link from your previous post?

Dude I have your parts on my truck lol. Just calling it how it is. Shock relocation, body mount, hangars, hybrid bumper etc been around for quite a.few years from 5+ companies. Maybe sitting back and coming in late years later has an advantage to make necessary improvements.
That said, your "crossmember delete" bumper sounds awesome, I'm sure it will sell a lot for $900.

    Hello Fam,

Ordered on 06/15 and still nothing except for the support brackets :rain:.

Went with tube wings/cross-delete Any updates on HF Badlands Apex Winch fitting the bumper? Saw a photo on IG of a Taco fitting the badlands in the RR bumper but cant find it again.

Must’ve been @ trd_rican, I couldn’t find any pictures or videos he posted where it shows if and how he did a control box relocation. I am heavily considering this setup as well, but I am assuming the C4 winch relocation bracket will be the way to go. Plus the HF Apex 12000 already comes with pretty much all you need to relocate it.

    Update:

Bumper arrived but shipping never listed the actual bumper so I didn't know I was receiving it :D Now Im just waiting on the cross member delete and skid. So Im thinking on painting with steel-it how many cans should I buy to get at least 3 good coats in everything, or any advice for painting it?

btw, ordered frame supports and didn't read that the bumper included them so I have a set of C4 support brackets if anyone interested.

Has anyone had issues fitting the cross member? I cut the oem cross member and grind flush to frame rail as instructed. When I try to fit the cross member it wont fit in between the frame rails.

It wont fit no matter what, Im already cutting into the frame rail. Was it supposed to be that tight to fit?

    Update:
After hours of scratching my head, I went and bought a hydraulic body frame repair kit from HF and pushed frame rails until cross member fitted with washers and everything lined up. So anyone with tight issues go straight to buy/use a frame kit.

Also, Badlands winch wont fit unless the whole center bar (plastic grill support and metal brace) are cut.

Lol what a pain in the ass. They really didn't proof the 2nd gen model a lot of things got overlooked.

Also look at those gaps! What in the QC??!

Sad to say it that part of the body angles up slightly its not the bumper being assembled wrong, I built this and measured multiple times and wondered why that gap didnt look right.

My solution for the next ones is to bring the main tube in front of that body line to hide it.

Is it though? Yours does seem to be worse than mine or this one though. Not sure why

    Update:

Installed the bumper/cross delete and its fucking awesome! Also managed to fit the Badlands winch with no mayor cutting and without relocating the control box.

My bumper cuts were a bit crappy but I think its not that bad :anonymous: Anyhow, the work and sweat was totally worth it. Will be editing and posting a brief install video in YT
