Was able to get the new crossmember mounted and test fit the skid with RCI skids. Bumper arrives tomorrow so should be painting and test fitting this weekend. Debating on getting new lighting before I install.

Yep, just unbolted it and cut the tiny bit that was tack welded on. Don’t need it any more so figured I’d make room for the winch.

Nice, your reservoir looks like it will clear the c4 bumper reinforcement bracket. I think I might have to relocate the reservoir higher

For guys using the smittybuilt X20 winch.. did you guys have to relocated the control box for the winch? Or was it fine on top of winch? I know C4 sales the relocation mount. Not sure if it’s needed

I used mounts from Accutune. When I ran into the same problem with the last bumper

Pretty sure it’s needed, anyhow I had the Tandem bracket from when I was running the hidden winch mount and kept it that way with the C4 RR

I have the c4 winch relocation bracket and tried relocating the x20 module box to it but the mount holes does not line up and the wires are not long enough

I have a sheet of aluminum I’m planning to attach to the relocation bracket. But now that I know wires aren’t long enough going to get working on that.

Relocation would be ideal since you’ll need to remove the metal bracket as I mentioned in an earlier comment. Also not to mention that if you don’t get the R4T bumper caps you’ll have to deal with the stock bumper piece that goes under the grill. (I don’t have the relocation bracket but I like the controller on the left side position since I can reach into the bumper to turn the winch on and off, don’t have to pop the hood to ever use it)
