Cab Mount Chop

    Yeah, they did remove the bottom portion of the cab mount. I trust it will hold up just fine, given Demello has a good rep and does quality work. And they have done this cab mount chop many times.

    And since they welded that piece in there, I am sure your golden. I wouldn't want to cut out that bottom material and not have anything welded back in there.

    Cement 3rd gen that was supposed to stay stock
    Rack, sliders, softopper, tjm bumper, eibach temp suspension
    Has anyone ever cut through the circle on the bottom side? I did this by accident before I found good pics. I am worried about the structural integrity of the mount.... What do you guys think it would take to bend that thing? Jumping the truck 4 feet off the ground? btw... mine are not boxed in. :confused:
