    hey guys,

Was changing my blower motor resistor and harness and wasn't quite sure of the orientation of the filter... which may have caused an over load in the first place to blow the resistor. Just took this picture after getting everything installed. Is this correct? I was feeling inside the blower box to feel which way the air was flowing but it was hard to tell. The routing of the air ducts seemed Robbie on the bottom, leading me to believe I have this correctly oriented? IMG_0010.jpg

That is the correct orientation. Though an upside down filter is not going to cause a blower motor resistor to fail...

Gotchya. Thanks for the reply. I am not too familiar with electrical (can do basic stuff). So I wasnt sure if incorrect orientation would cause a failure. Just to make sure.. Air comes in the top, flows through the fan through the bottom into the vents? Pretty sure you just answered that, ut I just want to make sure for future reference.

    Thanks!

Honestly, it doesn't really matter with regular paper air filters
