Can't seem to find the thread where I saw this mentioned.... Airflow direction through the cabin air filter is top to bottom (~dash toward floor), correct? I took out the old one before I checked and now I can't remember which way it sat. Thanks

Turn on your AC with the filter removed and put a feather (or other similarly light object)in there. It will show you without a doubt which way the air is flowing. I also had the same issue, and now I can't remember which way it goes haha.

Thanks. I didn't wanna damage the fan if something was in there. And Even a small piece of a leaf could make noise and be hard to find. I know from experience. Maddening.

Well since the blower is below the filter my guess would be the air flows up towards the dash.

That makes too much sense. I guess that's why they call it a blower and not a sucker.

The air flows downward. Look at the dirty filter, the inlet side is dirty.

Thanks. I finally figured that out. The top side was full of junk.
