Calamity Ganon build thread, sorta bs thread? with a sprinkling of Sumi the HX

Welp started on electrical to get new tail lights and a new trailer plug and worked on for a hour or so then we thought everything was done. Until we hooked it to the truck.. nothing worked I decided to crawl under the trailer and pull the wire loon off to see if it’s still intact turns out it wasn’t it was actually cut for some reason so now I gotta buy all new wires oh well new is better anyways right

alright everyone trying to think of a way to make a tailgate on the trailer without messing up the sides trying to think up some ideas here if you got some ideas for me let me know

gave up on doing this i didnt want to ruin the trailer since it was in really good shape

 

anyone local to kc that is wanting a aluminum bedrack let me know i will be getting rid of mine pm me for price if you are local

nothing wrong with the rack i just no longer want a bed rack tbh

 

need to get a decal like this next to the wheel wells on the truck them scs wheels shine like the sun when it hits them!

 

Got a zelda themed truck you bet I’m gonna get the new zelda game!

 

new fender flares finally lets see how long these ones last!

test fitment of them to see how much i will have to trim off the flare so i can clear it without breaking it again....

 

And new bushwhacker flares are on they were a pain I had to drill the holes so they fit how I wanted to but oh well they look good and should last a lot longer then the old ones

 

and trailer has all working lights now wahoo! its not massive progress but hey its something so i got it all cleaned up on saturday and brought it back to the house now to get a plate for it and then order a new tongue and hitch setup!

because that one is a bit fuckered

 

very small progress for the trailer but it now has a title on the way and has a plate now!!

its not much but every little bit of progress is something!

 

lock n roll hitch has been ordered for the trailer the build is going slowly forward now to get steel to fix the entire tongue

 

all trailer progress will be done on the other build thread some stuff might get posted here but all details of what i buy and what i do will be on that thread

 

Had a great time at wheeling for toys 2019! Got to hang out and wheel with some people I haven’t seen in a while no body damage this time so that’s good haha hit some hard spots here and there but overall took it easy today and just hung out even got some amazing bbq!

and then it snowed! we got around 8-10inches (depending on the area) out here and my sister had forgot she hadnt got a slow hay feeder for one of the pastures for her horse so we set out to try and find one and every store we went to didnt have one in stock or it was just a standard feeder not a slow feeder.

i had to use my truck and trialer my dads durmax sadly is down the oil cooler has failed on the truck and some other damage has occurred (friend of his trying to help fix his truck left the hood unlatched and drove down the road with it and it snapped back and destroyed the hood....)

here we are working in the pasture (also messing with the truck because its fun haha) to make the slow hay feeder you can see it behind the truck it should work temporarily until the proper one comes in

and also just to let you know if snow packs on your sliders and then freezes it will then smash your rocker panels and make some small dents isnt that just great......

 

decided to get new window tint done on the truck it use to have 40% on the front so i got that taken off and went to 20% to match the rear and then get the brow done in 5% for the windshield

civic has 20% on the sides and the back has 5% and the brow is also 5%

 

got new tail lights in today i keep getting water in the reverse lights somehow so new lights it is

 

nothing done to the truck in awhile just thought they looked good sitting beside each other

 

went down to the west bottoms with my buddy ty to do some pictures they came out pretty good i think

 

No truck pics this time but went back down to the west bottoms for some pics with my si and since this is my build thread I’m gonna post what I want lol
