I think ChiveOn tried to organize a meet a couple weeks back. Not sure if anyone made it out.

I got back from Montreal the same day and was in no condition to be out haha.

Haha I've noticed that Tacomas tend to group together in parking lots!

We should definitely take another crack at a meet. I'm back working in the field, but I'll try to make whatever date gets decided.

Haha the line up was friends trucks. We just happened to finally get spots beside each other.
But yeah I get random tacos parking near me often. Came out of market mall once to see what looked like a show and shine where we parked. Including BMW's, Supras, XRunners, Tacos hahaha

Haha, I've had that before too. Enthusiast owned vehicles huddling for safety from the 99.9% of Calgary drivers who are clueless, door dinging, ignorant jackasses.

Yeah, its not that people are doing it maliciously, its that they just don't think about it and can be pretty ignorant. I obviously have a pretty low opinion of city drivers though.

I'm in and out of town, but whatever gets picked for a meet, I'll try to show for.

And I have Avid sliders. The blot ons with the flare-out, because I'm too big a sissy to get the weld on sliders lol.

Please tell me this damage was pre sliders?

Fuse, I love those sliders, did you have to drill your frame? You can wel them on down the road if you choose....I believe but I could be wrong.

Nope, no drilling. They mount right up to the factory points for the accessory side steps. I wouldn't try supporting the weight of the vehicle on them or anything, but as a little extra protection and as a step to get at stuff in the front of the box, they're just perfect.

That is awesome, I am going to be down in Phoenix this winter and might pick up a set while I am there.

I've read you can convert the bolt-ons to weld on down the road which appeals to me.

Dude, I work EMS. I'm well well aware people are idiots. It's my job security! :D

Could do this week. What was everyone thinking? I got slammed the last time and just wasn't up for driving half way across the city. Plus I smelt like a yak. Nobody needs to be subjected to that.
