Does anybody have a problem with the bracket holes not fitting their led pods? I have like an ⅛ in that I need on the inside bracket to make the screw go thru the bracket and then into the nut. @CaliRaisedLed please help. I know I was missing some pieces to start with and you guys have been super helpful. But am I doing something wrong?

@CaliRaisedLed I seem to be having the same problem. The holes do not align with the 2x2 pods in your Tacoma fog light kit and there is no more room to push the bracket in.

So what I had to do was force the the light into the bracket. While it was it there I used my pocket knife to line up the nut. Then forced to screw into the hole. It’s a PITA. But it worked. I also used the knife to bend one of the fins a little bit so it would fit perfectly. I kinda effed up the outside screws. Yet the plus side is I can loosen the outside screws and adjust the angle of which they point. They worked great till I was in my cow pasture and hit a huge rut. I then pulled it to the garage and looked at the front end. I was thinking the worst. Turned out I just popped a few of the screws out of the light it’s self. Sent @CaliRaisedLed an email with photos. Within 15-20 min I had a response of “hey has your address changed? If not a new one is on its way!”
The easiest way to install the brackets is actually to remove your front grill. It’s way easier than the video.

Appreciate the tip but I can only get the screw in the bracket on the tire side. The other hole will not line up and the bracket is flush with the back of the light. I would almost have to shave the bracket screw hole down lower to make it usable with the pod light they provided.

I would send a message to @CaliRaisedLed via thief website. Way faster than on here. Idk if the monitor this site as much. Plus I know they sold some part of their company or something like that. But the guy will get back to you ASAP with a solution today.

What is everyone doing about not being able to slide the pods in? I had the same issue, so they sent me new brackets/faceplates. Same issue and they sent me two of the same sides. My first preset they didn’t even include the wire harness.
Do they not look what they are putting in the box before they tape it?

Brute force, bending and prying to make it fit. Yes it’s a great idea. But it’s poorly executed.

I could never get it all the way seated as no matter how much prying you do there is too much material in the back of the light for it to ever line up. I can get a screw in on one side and used a metal zip tie on the side in the screenshot above where you can't line it up. Not sure how long that will stay in place...

Really? That’s terrible! You pay for it to work properly you shouldn’t have to do that

Used a thin flathead screwdriver to hold mounting nut in place to tighten. Took a while to get them lowered as much as possible so the spot beam was at least the same level as my headlights...wish @CaliRaisedLed designed the brackets to allow spot beams to adjust lower to make street legal as possible and if anyone has ANY suggestions on how to drop below OEM headlight level plz reply post w/ all details.

Sound advice to remove grill and air dams to install from the front vs going from below as instal video suggests as the wheel well is in the way. Gotta’ say the pods are def’ super bright and look great...match up super well w/ the Cali Raised hidden bumper LED spot bar.

Hey everyone. I got some 3x2 pods gifted just the pods but w out the screw kit or bracket. The screw and nut you guys have been talking about. Does anyone know the measurement of the bolt and nut? Or where to buy it?I'm referring to the one that holds the pod in place onto the bracket

I was able to find some! Thanks.
Anyone adjusted the height of their dogs fogs since their trucks are lifted? How so? I feel my fogs are to high due to truck having 3 inch lift

I installed my caliraised bumper light bar and fog lights with no issue. Holes lined up properly and i did not have to tap or fight the bolts in. But this was 2 years ago, maybe they changed something since then? On the plus side, my lights are still going strong in the salt and snow of Michigan!

What u need to do is a get wrench and hold the nut and as u turn the allen head, its a tight fit with the wrench, i think i had a 1/2 off the top of my head and then u can tighten as much as u want. At least that worked for me with the amber caliraised ditch lights, hope this helps
