15% off and getting them before Christmas seems like a great deal to me. Ordered my sliders and look forward to seeing when they ship. You guys do great work.

I’m prepping to weld mine on and have a question about alignment across the frame rails. 2005 DCSB. Is there an ideal alignment along the frame rails? For example. Equi-distant from the front and rear wheels to end of the sliders. Or closer to the rear? Closer to the front? Or just a personal preference at this point?

The 2nd plate in the pic is the third plate front to back, and there are a few bolts in the frame I need to work around. So I’m either behind the bolt, pushed further back towards the rear tire or in front of that bolt pushed closer to the front tire.
    189D57CA-0656-4D86-B118-402235792936.jpg
Also, does the height of the plate look OK? Am I targeting about 1” front the top of the slider tube and body?

I am trying to get this sorted before clearing the paint and installing.

    THANKS!

Quick question for @CaliRaisedLed or the experienced folks. I don’t have much of a garage full of auto tools (too much moving with the military). So what would be the minimum assortment of jacks/stands I would need to safely install DCLB bolt-on sliders? Thanks!

5% if you sign up for their newsletter. I missed the big sale and it was best I could find on their site for my recent slider purchase.

@Sweed07 take a look at the install video on their site. Very basic tools for the bolt ons. I'm sure the cali rep can provide more detail.

For those that have installed these, ran into a few issues during install, and given the holiday weekend hoping to crowd source a bit. I got the DCLB step (0-deg) sliders in Line-X for my '07 TRD Sport, and love the look. I've got three things that differed from the Cali Raised install video and written instructions:
    - Didn't have any 2nd Gen frame filler plates (mentioned in step 10 of the written instructions) during the handle installation step. Did the more recent batches somehow do away with this or did I just miss something in shipping?
    - I found two externally facing rivets on the rear of the frame that made me cut out portions of the slider to get them to seat flush against the rail, as all other holes/rivets lined up nicely
    - The rear clamp uses a longer bolt and spacer, but my rear frame doesn't have even have a lip. It's actually flatter/lower than my front rail. Is this common in the 2nd gen long beds? Any recommend work arounds?

All in all though, with one side complete, love the way they look.

    Thanks! @CaliRaisedLed

Hey guys, still waiting on feedback from my customer support questions from mid-Jan on the rear frame clamp hardware being too long for my frame. Thanks. @CaliRaisedLed

Is this still a valid pickup option? I'm a little late to the game but I haven't received a reply on what options there are for Bay Area folks.
