Welllllll..... it took time... but they’ve been modified to allow for the rear of the light to adjust up so the light can shine more down. I had to add washers to the inside of the light for something to create some traction for the nut to grab. I repainted the Cali Raised Bracets with Flat Black Rust prevention paint. I marked where i wanted the new holes with a soap stone, drilled my new holes, and spent way too much times messing with a chain saw file. I should’ve gone to Home Depot and gotten a metal cutter for my Dremel but i was low on cash. But here you are. These baby’s dont move. I pushed and tugged and bopped them every which way to try and get them to come lose and they wont. Over all worth it. I had fun playing with the install.

I will say the big fall back of these, i wish Cali Raised LED didnt make it so difficult for those that want to use these as everyday fog lights to do so. I understand they are not street legal. I am taking that risk on my own when i install them. It’s more a risk to have a bracket that has to be overly modified to not be a danger to other drivers. I spoke with local law enforcement and they said there was nothing illegal to them about the post modification i made to these because they are not a danger to other drivers and fall under the amber color that is legal here in Arkansas. Food for thought for Cali Raised. Make the brackets with lower light positions.

@CaliRaisedLed if I wanted to run the led pods off the OEM switch steering wheel switch and then add an additional push button style switch so they can ran by them selves would the following parts work?

    Fog light kit (of course)
    DT plug splitter
    OEM style switch

Now is there a separate harness for the fog lights to OEM style switch?

    Thanks

For this, it would be a little more complicated, you would need to get our fog light kit, but you would need to splice into your fog light harness and our dual leg harness run a 2-way connection.

Seems like it would be a better start just to get the kit for the time being and worry about this later in time. Once I can do some more research.

I've had both the amber and white pods. They literally rebranded Chinese pods that they sell for a much higher profit margin. If you want real performance check out the rigid sae selective yellow pods. I just did and am super stoked.

Awesome color choice man! Quick question, where did you get your grille with the "Toyota" in the quicksand color and what garnish are you using? Any issues with the garnish?

Most people for the fog lights will go with the 18w 3x2 Amber Pod. If you are looking to do the white I would say do the 18w 3x2. The 3x2 is an all spot beam. but is less than concentrated than the 2x2 which will provide more side to side coverage.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
