Placed my order this morning. Hope I got the right brackets

For anyone who has received our Side Projecting Pods, we had a mishap in our brackets that attach to the pod. For anyone who would like to get the original brackets please shoot us over an email to Jake@caliraisedled.com with your order # and we can get them out as soon as we can.

How about Posting a Picture of what the Correct Bracket should look like? I just got my side projecting Pods and now that I am seeing this post about that issue and the "OEM" switch deal issues I just went thru I would Normally Shoot an Email However you guys with my first order from you have Not been very good at responding to the several Emails, Phone calls leaving messages.

First thing was when placing an order the "customer" should have a way to choose What OEM switch they need because from the website it only says "OEM Switch" and that leaves us depending on you to package the correct one for our model year not depending on the explanation from Cali Raised Led that "90 % of them use the same switch" and leave it for us to get the wrong switch and then have to deal with Poor customer service trying to get it corrected So I ended up ordering another switch of the Right one because waiting on the No replies was getting very old fast.

Also to have the switch light on all the time is Not acceptable what if we leave the truck parked for a week or two? that is an Issue because I fly out sometimes for two or three weeks at a time.

and Jake I have Emailed you twice with No replies back from you and no I do not need to "check" my spam email box I have.

We take customer service very seriously as that is a very important part of our business. I have spoken to 2 different customer service reps At our shop that you have been in contact with. They have all sent me screenshots of their emails with you. All had responded to your original email and received no further response back. We always take care of our customers but if we do not receive responses it makes our job very difficult as we cannot help without the information to see what the issue is. Sorry but check Your System because one service rep that I did get a hold of on the phone told me that they sent Email and I never did get their Email and I explained this also if I did why would I kept trying again and again? finally had me Email them at a different Email address and nothing so I called again got a hold of service rep at the shop and they took care of it over the phone.

I get your Emails from one Rep right away when I made purchase but even when I did respond in PM to you I did not get any Email back as I see your screen shot says, Sorry but there must be a glitch some where and I will contact my provider to see what it could be on my end.

Updated Edit: Service Provider did checking of Email issues had me do a Flush still did not find anything wrong sent and received Test Emails to and from several location everything worked still do not know anything more about what the Email Issue is with Cali Raised LED, However Did get the replacement switch I ordered today and Thank you.
